Terms and Conditions for Adam Otmar Ticketing Site

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Adam Otmar Ticketing Site ("Site") and the purchase of tickets for events hosted by Adam Otmar (“Artist”). By accessing the Site and purchasing tickets, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Site.

  1. Ticket Purchase:

    a. Age Restriction: - Some events may have age restrictions. It is your responsibility to check and comply with any age requirements before purchasing tickets.

    b. Payment: - All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. - Payment processing is secured, and we do not store your credit card information.

  2. Event Information:

    • The Artist reserves the right to modify event details, including date, time, venue, and lineup. Any such changes will be communicated to ticket holders via the contact information provided during the ticket purchase.

  3. Entry and Seating:

    • Admittance to events is subject to venue rules and regulations.

    • Seating arrangements are at the discretion of the venue and may be subject to change.

  4. Cancellation and Refunds:

    • In the event of a cancellation, the Artist will make reasonable efforts to refund the ticket price. However, service fees and processing fees are non-refundable.

  5. Intellectual Property:

    • All intellectual property rights related to the event, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and event content, are owned by the Artist. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

  6. Code of Conduct:

    • Attendees must comply with the venue's rules and regulations, as well as any additional rules specified by the Artist.

    • Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in removal from the event without a refund.

  7. Limitation of Liability:

    • The Artist and their affiliates are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from attendance at the event.

  8. Force Majeure:

    • The Artist is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from acts beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, strikes, or civil disturbances.

  9. Privacy Policy:

    • Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

  10. Amendments:

    • The Artist reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Site, and continued use of the Site after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  11. Governing Law:

    • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nova Scotia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nova Scotia.
